DogMate welcomes new members with a beautiful card, handles verification, sends birthday wishes with an animated card, rewards activity with XP levels and protects your server from spam and raids. You set it all up in the dashboard.
One bot instead of several. Turn on each feature separately and tune it for your server.
Every new member gets a card with their avatar and name, and which member number they are. Below it: buttons to the rules, role picker and key channels, plus an optional DM and a role on join.
Automatic with one click, or manual: new members fill in a short form and your mods get it with Accept and Reject buttons.
Every day at the time you choose, the bot posts a card with a cake, candles and confetti. Every reaction adds that person's name to the card's background, so everyone sees who remembered. Optional birthday role for the day.
XP for chatting with a cooldown and no points for short or repeated messages. /rank shows a clear level card and /leaderboard the most active members.
A role for reaching levels and a role after a number of days on the server. The bot hands them out by itself.
The same message several times in a few seconds, or mass mentions? The bot deletes the spam and times out or kicks the author.
When lots of accounts suddenly join, the bot pauses welcomes, alerts your mods and times out new members until someone ends the lockdown.
Design your welcomes, goodbyes and birthday wishes in the dashboard: text, embed, color, thumbnail, image, footer and your own buttons. The preview updates live before anything reaches your server.
Join and leave logs that flag new accounts. /mod commands to time out, kick, ban, purge and warn, with every action written to the log.
These are real graphics drawn by the bot, with sample data. The bot draws them in English or Polish, depending on your server's setting.

No. Everyone decides whether to set a date with /birthday set. The year is optional and the date can be removed at any time. A server can limit how often the date changes, for example once every 90 days.
It doesn't store them. Text is checked on the fly only to skip XP for spam and to catch repeated messages. The bot only stores message counts and XP.
Yes. They are two separate bots with a shared dashboard. DogByte handles streams and DogMate handles your community. You can have either of them on your server, or both.
Yes. Use /language or the dashboard to choose the language of the bot's messages and graphics: English or Polish.
On the DogByte Support Discord server, which is DogMate's home too. Ask a question, report a bug or suggest a feature.
For small and big servers. If the bot helps you, you can buy me a coffee.
